Avocado Toast

Ok you should know how to make this but if you don't live in California, I forgive you...

Guacamole?
1 avocado
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1. Cut the avocado and take the pit out and spoon out the avocado into a bowl
2. Take a fork and mash the avocado+ mix in the salt and pepper

Toast
1. Put in your toaster on medium and check it every two second to see if it's done
2. Heat a small pan and put a table spoon of butter in and set it to medium heat and put in bread and flip until brown on both sides
3. Set your oven to 350 degrees and put toast on a baking sheet, cook for 5 minutes or to your liking

Take the toast and put it on your desired surface (I used a plate) and add the the avocado stuff, once you finish the egg place it on top!

Poached Egg
Alright, are you feeling confident in your egg poaching skills?!

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then reduce to low (or turn off the heat).
2. Crack an egg on a plate and remove the liquidy whites.
3. Transfer the egg to a small or bowl.
4. Add one tablespoon of white vinegar to the pot and stir to create a hurricane in your pot.
5. Pour the bowl with the egg into the middle of the hurricane and set a timer for 3 minutes.
6. Once the egg is done, use a slotted spoon to remove the poached egg. Dab with a paper towel to remove excess water and place on top of the avocado toast
