THE BEST CINNAMON ROLLS

These cinnamon rolls are buttery, crunchy, soft, like heaven in your mouth! I've been craving some cinnamon rolls but they were all out of the Pilsbury ones at the store, so I decided to make some! I love Cinnabon's cinnamon rolls so that's what I tried to make it taste like.
You will need:
Dough:
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or instant yeast
1 cup milk lukewarm
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter unsalted, softened
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour

Filling:
1 cup brown sugar packed
3 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter unsalted, softened, or margarine

Cream cheese icing:
6 tbsp butter unsalted, softened, or margarine
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar also known as icing sugar, or confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

First we're going to make the dough!

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk with a teaspoon of sugar (you can take a tsp out of the 1/2 cup of sugar) in a bowl. Let it sit until it starts to bubble.
Then in a separate bowl add the rest of the sugar, butter, salt eggs and flour until it is all mixed up.
Add your yeast mixture to this and stir some more (if you have a mixer with a dough hook this would be a good time to use it, or a bread machine)!
Once it looks like this and doesn't stick to you or the mixer, it is ready to take a lil nap! I let mine rest for an hour in an oiled container. You can let it sit until the dough doubles in size.
While your waiting for the dough to rise you can make the filling. In a bowl add the cinnamon and brown sugar in and that's it! Once the dough is done place it on a clean, lightly floured surface. Roll it out so it 16 inches long by 12 inches wide. It should be approximately 1/4 inch in thickness. I used a measuring tape and I got it pretty close.
Spread the 1/3 cup of butter all around the dough and don't forget to put butter on the edges too, then sprinkle the filling all around. Once it is fully covered tightly/gently roll it into a thick tube and preheat the oven to 350°.
Cut your rolls about an 1 1/2 thick and spray some cake pans or a large baking sheet. Once the oven is ready put them in for 20 minutes (or until nicely browned)!
While you're waiting you can make the icing, take all the ingredients for the icing and mix them together in a bowl. If you want it to be super fluffy you can use an electric mixer. Once the cinnamon rolls are done put icing all of them are however much you like!

And there you go! You made cinnamon rolls, or you read through the whole recipe before making it!
