COOKIE DOUGH THAT WON'T KILL YOU!!!

I love making chocolate chip cookies. My favorite part when I make it is eating the batter, but I don't want to get salmonella... So I made cookie dough without eggs! Now you do use different quantities of ingredients and you cook them differently (yes you do have to cook 1 ingredient for the cookie dough). If you're working at home and you want to start it and then do some work and then come back to it. This is the perfect recipe for you!

You will need:
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or a chocolate bar chopped up, like snickers or Reese's)

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
2. Take a baking pan and pour the flour onto it and spread it out
3. Once the oven is ready put the flour in for 5 minutes (this kills any germs that their might be on the flour)
4. Get a medium sized bowl and pour the butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt and milk
5. Once flour is done add to bowl and mix all together! It may seem like you don't have enough liquid but just keep mixing! If you don't have enough add some milk
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or as long as you can wait...
7. Pour in chocolate chips or whatever you have decided to use and mix it
8. Take a spoon and dig in!!

This is great when you want cookies but you're to lazy to make them into tiny balls and bake them or you want a really yummy snack for binge watching a show! Pick your poison, except this time you don't have to worry about salmonella!
