Banana Bread Brownies!

 These are the perfect amount of brownie and banana bread! They compliment each other incredibly! Ingredients 3/4 cup salted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt Banana Bread Batter 1 cup over-ripe mashed bananas (about 2 medium bananas) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Brownie Batter 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips divided Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with a parchment paper sling. Beat or whisk the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl. Add the eggs and beat again. Stir in flour and salt, just until combined! In a separate medium bowl, mash the bananas and sprinkle the baking powder on top. Stir to combine.  A traditional breakfast from Trinidad and Tobago! This is perfect to warm you up on a cold day or if you are looking for a hearty meal! Ingredients For the bara (flatbread): 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon curry powder (ideally Trinidadian) or ground turmeric 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon yeast 1/3 cup warm water 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 cup Canola oil (for frying) For the curried chickpea (channa) filling: 1 tablespoon canola oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, minced 1 tablespoon curry powder mixed with 1/4 cup water 1 14-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed with cool water 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon Scotch bonnet or Habanero pepper sauce For the bara (flatbread): In a large bowl, combine the flour, curry powder or turmeric, and cumin.
